BUD BURNING BABES CONTEST OUTLINE & RULES

All entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Entrant certifies that photos are voluntarily submitted and are of the actual entrant herself. In order to be considered for publication, photos submitted must be of reasonable quality (min. of 300dpi, 3"x4"), and must contain some reference to marijuana in the image (smoking, paraphernalia, plants, leaf, posters, etc.). All photos submitted become the property of Pot-Leaf-Bikini.com "PLB" and Bullseye Pocket Guide Ltd. "BPG" and GanjaBabe.com "GB" .

By submitting photos, you grant "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" exclusive right to use them in any manner it deems fit-for print or web publication, for promotional, editorial or commercial purposes. Entrants waive any right to royalties or related claims against "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" for use of images. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" harmless from any and all claims regarding the use, exploitation and/or misappropriation of photos submitted, and any and all costs, fees, or attorney fees. Employees of "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" or their immediate family are not eligible.

Each month, "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" will choose one entrant to be deemed a semi-finalist and feature her as our Ganja Babe Of The Month and on the GanjaBabe.com and they will become eligible to win two 4 day all inclusive accomodations package to Kind Island, our annual laze an blaze on a secretive lodge on a private island 2 hours north of toronto for a smokin good time with thirty other lucky lucky winners and special guests and all of our favourites 'buds'. this will be the july '07.

I also acknowledge that I will be eligible to win $420.00 (u.s.) in the web launch contest for www.GanjaBabe.com there will be an online voting system, with the most votes* received. Contest to go live (est) Fall/Winter 06.

Every entrant certifies that she is 18 years of age or older, that she has no objection to the smoking of marijuana or being depicted as smoking marijuana in any and all photos used by "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB".

In consideration of my engagement as a model, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to "PLB" & "BPG" & "GB" and those acting with his/her authority permission to use my image for website & print promotions. -
